RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing My UpLook products operated by My UpLook.

We offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made on our website, but under certain conditions.  We invite you to read the conditions explained in more detail below, in order to see the condition that applies to your purchase, while also following the correct return/refund procedure.

If you are unhappy with the product you have purchased or if the product is damaged , please let us know.  Our Returns and Refunds Policy give 30 days days to return or exchange your purchase with a valid receipt.  You are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days or your purchase.

After the 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.  We encourage our customers to try the product(s) within the first 30 days after your purchase to ensure it meets your expectations.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, and/all products must be returned in its original unmarked packaging including any documentation shipped with your product(s).  If the item(s) are e in the original packaging we will exchange it or offer a refund based on your original purchase price excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping cost involved).

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item(s) is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 14 days.  If you have paid for the standard delivery of goods, the cost of standard will be refunded.

In some cases no refunds will be issued:

  • Products with obvious signs of use,
  • Any article that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error, and
  • Any item(s) returned more than 30 days after deliver.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange any item(s) please send us an email at business@myuplook.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs of turned item(s), unless the item(s) is defective. Shipping cost are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost bill be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchangd

product to reach you may vary.  If you are returning any item(s), you should condier using a teackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returend item(s).
